Experiment :: After a few hours or so of working on your powerbook, leave your right hand resting on the area in front of the keyboard. Now unplug the power adapter from the side of the computer and touch your finger to the outside ring of the part of the plug. (needs also to be plugged into the internet via ethernet cable for the magic to happen) Result :: A tad freaky – the green charged light on the adapter plug stays lit. Apparently there is a capacitor that stays charged for a small amount of time in the power adapter, and by touching the plug and your aluminum computer, it grounds the circuit and the led in the plug lights up again. Like I said, the computer also needs to be grounded somehow (via ethernet will do), but the first time it ever happened to me (or that I noticed it) was today…
