So checked Flickr a few minutes ago to find a whole new suite of javascript functionality. Most importantly (in my mind), the organizer has been overhauled and transformed into a full on (pardon me for using this term) ajax application, and is no longer flash. Now, of course, most of my work is in flash using AS 2.0, but not only was the old Flickr organizer slow, but the new version is blazing fast and much more usable. Photo here is from our recent trip to San Fran – in case you were wondering, San Fran is to the left.
